San Francisco, CA — Nexartis and Yanez announced a technology integration and commercial partnership that verifies both sides of a digital transaction: Yanez verifies the human, Nexartis verifies the model. The joint output is a signed “Verified Interaction” record linking a real, unique human to the AI agent acting on their behalf. A working QR-based integration is live: a website or service generates a Yanez QR ceremony, displays it on any approved origin, the user completes live capture in the Yanez app, and the verified result returns to the originating site through a protected status channel.

Yanez delivers proof of humanhood and proof of uniqueness: cryptographically verifiable, hardware agnostic, privacy-preserving, and decentralized. Nexartis contributes KYM — model identity, agent provenance, delegation-chain validation, and governance attestation. Initial use cases are community-centric journalism and personal health guidance, with a proof of concept on Nexartis CubiCube; later phases cover agent delegation and marketplace pilots. Payment flows are designed to integrate through scoped preapproval authorization — this partnership does not include a payment rail or settlement.

The QR Lab is available as a developer and partner demo. The team is using it to validate cross-origin QR generation, real Yanez app callbacks, scoped preapproval binding (including payment-intent contexts), and downstream verifier policy before broader production rollout.
